We hope this message finds you well. We wanted to inform you about an important update to our cancellation policy, which has been revised due to an increase in no-shows and last-minute cancellations. Our aim is to provide the best service possible to all our clients, and this policy adjustment will help us achieve that goal.
Effective immediately, we will now require a valid credit card on file when booking your next appointment with us. Please be assured that this is a precautionary measure and your card will not be charged at the time of booking.
Here’s how the new policy works:
1. **Credit Card on File**: When you make a booking, our system will securely store your credit card information. This information will only be used in accordance with our cancellation policy.
2. **No-Show or Late Cancellation**: If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If, for any reason, you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel within less than 24 hours, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of services booked, in accordance with our policy.
3. **Security and Privacy**: Your credit card information will be stored securely and will not be shared with any third parties. Our priority is to protect your privacy and sensitive data.
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we’re committed to being as flexible as possible. If you encounter an unavoidable situation that prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact us at your earliest convenience so we can discuss your options.
We greatly value your continued support and understanding as we implement these changes. Our intention is to ensure a fair appointment system that benefits all our clients and allows us to allocate our resources efficiently.
